200/250 Denier Doupion Silk

Silk Doupion Yarn is reeled from cocoons made by silk worms in tandem, thus their silk threads are intertwined in the process making an uneven and slubby appearance. This looks particularly attractive in the weft of woven cloth. Not recommended for embroidery or warp use.
This yarn is de-gummed and dyed. In limited colours and weights as listed
