Embroidery Thread in lustrous 40/2 cotton specially imported from Egypt where the long staple fibres produce the highest quality thread.

We off a shade range of 60 colours in tones refreshingly new (!!! are these dyed on site?)

The skeins are reeled 6 fold and are approximately nine metres in length.

The stranded thread can be separated for finer work, the subtle colour changes producing exquisite shading detail.

It is a splendid all purpose thread, particularly popular with Cross Stitch enthusiasts.

This single strand 40's yarn is non shiny, matt in appearance, gassed combed cotton from America.

Particularly ideal for tassels and braid making, besides being a good addition to an embroidered piece where the mixing of different natural yarn qualities will give an extra dimension.

It is available on 200 metre spools in a wonderful range of 60 shades.
